BARNSTAPLE AND NORTH DEVON ADVANCED MOTORISTS ( BANDAM) is one of the many local groups around the country which are affiliated to the Institute of Advanced Motorists, the IAM.

SUMMER DRIVES
At our Summer Drive meetings this year the focus has been on the IAM Planned System of Driving. Have a look at our
'Events' page for more details. Our next Summer Drive meeting will be on
Wednesday 11th August 2010.
A Demonstration Drive given by the group's Senior Observer will also be available at our Summer Drive meetings. If you are interested or would like more information, come along to one of these meetings and/or use our 'Contact Us' page.
At our last Summer Drive meeting on 14th July, our chairman announced an Advanced Driving Test success, followed by Barrie Styles with a short presentation on SPEED. Have look at our NEWS page.

Our group is always willing to attend village fetes and fairs
around North Devon in support of the Institute of Advanced Motorists' main
